About Sunstone North HOA
Sunstone North Home Owners Association was formed in 1983 and consists of 125 homes. Our community is professionally managed by Management & Maintenance, Inc; Danielle Loquercio is our property manager.
In the heart of our vibrant community, a remarkable culture thrives, creating an inviting and tight-knit neighborhood that truly stands out. Here, residents come together fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie that extends well beyond the bounds of property lines. Our many green spaces, community areas, and parks host impromptu gatherings, games, and community events bringing families and friends together.
With a dedicated team of volunteers and a shared commitment to open communication, residents actively participate in shaping our community's present and future. This culture shared responsibility makes our HOA a place where everyone feels at home, welcomed, and inspired to create lasting memories in a place where community truly matters.
Board Meetings
Your Sunstone North Home Owner Associations meets every other other month (odd number months) on the first Thursday of the Month, 6-8PM; meetings may be adjusted to accommodate holidays and other needs.
Your Board encourages robust community involvement. Each Board Meeting has time reserved for homeowner discussion and feedback. In addition to joining the Board and attending meetings as a resident, community members can get more involved in our neighborhood by: joining committees, planning and supporting events, helping with neighborhood outreach efforts, and reporting property issues to Danielle.

Sunstone North HOA Board
As per our incorporating documents, “the affairs of this Association shall be managed by a Board of from three (3), five (5), or seven (7) Directors”. Elections are held each year during the Annual Sunstone North HOA Meeting.
